In welcoming Postel Charity Day on September 27th 2006, TCDC presented scholarship as a form of attention for its surrounding. The scholarship was given in Infocom room, Telkom Center Office Building (GKP Telkom), Jl. Japati 8th floor Bandung. The assistance was given for:

- Telkom Education Foundation, for 160 students

- Telkom Shandy Putra Foundation, for 145 students

- Rumah Zakat, for 61 students
