CSR from SME Creative Center Bandung
Bandung May 12, 2012, Visit of EGM Division of Business Service (DBS) Telkom, Arko Maryono, to the installation of SME Creative Center Bandung on Saturday (12/5) was welcomed by senior leader BSR 3 West Java, Gunawan Rismayadi, together with Manager of Business Support, Andri Nopendra, Bandung Area Manager, Sabri Rasyid, and Manager of Community, Widarta, to accompany EGM-DBS watching creative works in SME Creative Center Bandung.
Arko confirmed that DBS Telkom now focused on enhancing competency, competition, and deployment of SME, this was proven by organizing SME Creative Center as part of SME deployment through ICT, and added that Telkom’s commitment to support the SME deployment has enabled the creative economic players organized by Telkom was able to compete in global level through seriousness in implementing ICT maximally, “This is the right momentum for SME to Go Global cheaply and easily,” we have to be proud that performance by performance has successfully been made by SME players organized by Telkom like Nuansa Indonesia successfully achieving INACRAFT Award 2012 at Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) on April 25-29, Nuansa Indonesia has achieved the Best Prize for wood category, and upon the achievement, Nuansa Indonesia has a chance to represent Indonesia in a worldwide event like UNESCO Award Excellent 2012 in Malaysia in the upcoming 15/10.
CEO and Founder of Nuansa Indonesia, Adjie Wicaksono, said that his side was very grateful for any support from all parties, particularly SME Creative Center Telkom and CDC Telkom who have given a chance to take part in the INACRAFT 2012 event.
In response to the statement, Arko sent a message that Nuansa Indonesia should be ready to take part in the event in Malaysia and he was sure that order for Nuansa Indonesia products would also increase. Nuansa Indonesia has a lot of creations and full of Indonesian styles of art, like digital desk named Ngemutof Sundanese, meaning remembrance, protecting hardisk external named Hade.
Having visited SME Creative Center, Arko together with senior leader BSR 3 West Java, Gunawan Rismayadi, came to BMT El-Ansyari at Jalan Pasantren, Arcamanik, Bandung, to launch BMT El-Ansyari as Channel Partner of Indonesia’s Modern Cooperative Group (KMI). BM El-Ansyary is an alumni of Training On Trainer KMI II organized by SME Center Bandung in April 2012. Arko hoped, Telkom’s contribution by KMI could improve welfare of members of Indonesia’s Cooperative Group.***(mbank)
