The TELKOM DPI Year 2008 is in accordance with the Decision of Dirjenpostel No.205 year 2008 dated April 11, 2008 about Agreement to the Interconnection Bid DocumentOwned by Telecommunication Network Provider with Operating Revenue 25% or more than the Total Revenue of the whole Telecommunication Providers in Their Service Segmentation covering techncal, operational and economical aspects from the provision of interconnection service offered to network provider and or other service providers. This document is expected able to help understand the existing regulation prior to the interconnection implementation so that it forms an operational cooperation that gives a mutal benefit among network providers and or other services.
The regulation of Minister of Communication and Information No. 03/Per/M.KOMINFO/1/2007 about Leased Network specifies that each proposal of type of leased network service, available capacity of leased network service and procedure of leased network service owned by dominant provider of leased network service is obliged to have an approval BRTI (Badan Regulasi Telekomunikasi Indonesia=Indonesian Telecommunication Regulation Body). Therefore, as the dominant provider for leased network service, TELKOM has received an approval for DPJ (network bid document) Year 2008 upon the Decision of Dirjenpostel No.115 year 2008 about Approval to the Document of Type of Leased Network Service, Ratio of Leased Network Tariff, Available Capacity of Leased Network Service, Quality of Leased Network Servise; and Procedure of Leased Network Service Provision year 2008 Owned by Dominant Provider of Leased Network Service.
