DESCRIPTION
Local calls constitute the primary telephone service from TELKOM, which connect different subscribers in an area less than 30 km or within a certain local area. Generally, the connected areas must be within the same service area code, for example area code 021 for Jakarta and its vicinity or area code 031 for Surabaya.
