DESCRIPTION

DID is a PBX-based service that allows caller from outside the PBX system to place calls directly to any PBX extension without the need for operator. DID service can be provided for subscribers with at least 100 extensions consisting of minimum 10 primary extensions reserved for DID service. DID will give subscribers the following benefits:
- Cost efficiency by cutting the needs for a specialized PBX operator
- No operator means better privacy
