DESCRIPTION
Flexi Home provides TELKOM Flexi services for households or offices with fixed terminals that uses ESN numbers. The charge for activation, subscribing, and usage are the same as standard PSTN telephone.

Registration
Flexi Home standard activation period is 1 x 24 hours after TELKOM received all registration requirements. Activation process can be divided into 3 steps, starting from registering at the nearest dealer outlet/Plasa TELKOM, activation on CSS (customer service system) computer, and setting the terminal at the dealer outlet. Standard registration requirements consist of a copy of ID Card and the latest phone/electricity/water bill.
