Jakarta, April 29, 2008 – Telkom signed a MoU with Prison Service Office at the same time with The 44th Years Prison Service Celebration. The MoU signing was viewed by The Minister of Law and Human Right, Adi Mattallatta.
Director of Enterprise and Wholesale Telkom, Arief Yahya said that Telkom try to solve two prison service problems. The first is prisoners communication needs, solved by build special telephone station; and the second one is prisoner data report management, solved through SMS gateway system. The SMS gateway system was also be able as a tool to accommodate public responses.
