Jakarta, January 27, 2011 - Telkom and PT Angkasa Pura II (AP II), an Indonesian SOE which managed airport business, agree to cooperate in provision and development of information systems and telecommunications services. The agreement was signed by the CEO of Telkom Rinaldi Firmansyah and the CEO of AP II Tri S Sunoko, witnessed by Minister of State Owned Enterprises Mustafa Abubakar. The signing of the cooperation is conducted simultaneously with the Meeting of First Semester of AP II on January 26, 2011, at AP II Corporate Office, Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Jakarta. The agreement contains a mutually beneficial cooperation in the utilization of the potential possessed by each party, as well as building strategic partnerships in the provision of design and development of information systems and telecommunications services in AP II. Attending the ceremony, Director of Enterprise and Wholesale Telkom Arief Yahya and Executive General Manager of Enterprise Service Division Abdus Somad Arief, President Commissioner of AP II Herman Prayitno, Commercial Director AP II Sulistio Wijayadi and Vice President Business Development AP II Wisnu Raharjo. Mustafa Abubakar in his speech, recalls SOEs mission as a pillar of the nation's economy, produce country income, public services, supporting small and medium business management as well as pioneering the development of remote areas.
