TELKOM Achieve Service Quality Award 2010

Jakarta, May 6th 2010 - Plasa TELKOM was awarded the Service Quality Award 2010 for the category Cellular-CDMA service points. Awards received by Vice President Commerce & Customer Care TELKOM, Bagyo Nugroho at Hotel Mulia Ballroom, Jakarta (6/5). The awards were presented by Yuliana Agung as CEO of Great Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty accompanied by Editor in Chief of Marketing Magazine Grace Susanta. Grapari Telkomsel also won the same award for the category Cellular-GSM service points.

Service Quality Awards is a prestigious award given to companies that have succeeded in giving the highest satisfaction to customers through walk-in service. Satisfaction was assessed based on the Indonesian Service Satisfaction Index, or ISSI. The assessment was conducted through a direct survey of more than 500 companies in Jakarta and Surabaya.

Yuliana Agung said that developing service quality is not just the responsibility of customer service department. That responsibility must be grown on the employee in all lines. Based on the assessment, Plasa Telkom was ranked best quality service to beat two competitors, Galeri Indosat and Gerai Esia. While Grapari Telkomsel also ranked the best, beating the XL Center and Gallery Indosat.
