Mr. Djamal, 57, President Commissioner of TELKOM since December 17, 2010. Previously, he held several important positions, including Minister of Transportation in 1st Indonesia Bersatu Cabinet from 2007 to 2009, President Director (2000-2002) and Human Resources Director (1998-2000) PT. Indonesian Aerospace and Leader of Technical Group in the determination of the industry roadmap Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (KADIN). Still served as Independent Commissioner of PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta, Tbk which is engaged in airport services, Chairman of Matsushita Gobel Foundation and member of National Innovation Committee of Indonesia. He is a Profesional Engineer in Aerodynamics and Preliminary Design of Aircraft in 1989, received an Intellectual Property Rights No. ID 0021669 along with late Bambang Pamungkas for Digital Flight Control System from General Director of Intellectual Property Rights in 2008 and also received Award of Ganseha Pradjamanggala Bhakti Adiutama from ITB in 2009
2. Bobby A.A Nazief (Commissioner)
Mr. Nazief, 50, has been a Commissioner of the Company since September 19, 2008. He is also serving as IT Senior Advisor to the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Previously, he served as the IT Senior Advisor to the Chairman of The Audit Board of The Republic of Indonesia and the Director of Computer Science Center, University of Indonesia. He is also a lecturer in the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Indonesia. He earned his Ph.D degree in Computer Science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
3. Mahmuddin Yasin, (Commissioner)
Mr. Yasin, 55, has served as a Commissioner of the Company since June 29, 2007. He is also the Deputy for Restructuring and Privatization at the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, having previously served as the Ministry’s Director of Privatization and as Deputy Chairman of the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA). He has also been President Commissioner of PT Socfin Indonesia since April 11, 2005 and President Commissioner of PT Pupuk Sriwijaya since July 8, 2004. Between 2001 and 2003, he headed the board of Dharmais Cancer Hospital and was a Commissioner of PT Indo Farma Tbk (2002-2003). After graduating in Economics from Krisnadwipayana University, Jakarta, he earned an MBA from Washington University, St. Louis, USA.
4. Rudiantara (Commissioner Independent)
Mr. Rudiantara began his career in telecommunications sector by working in PT Indosat in 1985, then he was assigned as Director of Commerce of PT Telkomsel (1995-1996), Director of Operations of PT. Telekomindo Primabhakti Corporation and Director of Finance of Indonusa Telemedia or Telkom Vision. He joined PT Exelcomindo Pratama (XL) since 1997 as Director of Marketing, has served as Director of Corporate Affairs (2002), Director of Sales, Marketing and Business Solutions (2005) and preparing XL's Initial Public Offering (IPO) in early 2006. He graduated majoring in Statistics, University of Padjadjaran (1984) and Master of Business Administration from IPPM, Jakarta (1988). Appointed as Independent Commissioner of TELKOM since December 17, 2010
4. Johny Swandi Sjam (Commissioner Independent)
Mr. Sjam, 41, Independent Commissioner of TELKOM since December 17, 2010. He began working in the telecommunications business and joined with PT Indosat since 1988. He served as President Director of PT Indosat (2007-2009). Now serving as Commissioner of PT Inti and Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Telecommunications Infrastructure and Services Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (KADIN). He graduated majoring in Information Management, Gunadharma University (1988); after previously taking the education of Diploma III majoring in Computer Engineering, Bandung Institute of Technology (1983). He also took Diploma IV, School of Industrial Management, Industrial Department (1989) and Master of Business Administration and Policy, University of Indonesia (2001). He has been awarded "Satyalencana Pembangunan" in 2006 and the Roll of Honor CNBC Asia Business Leaders Awards 2008
