As of December 31, 2009, we had repurchased 490,574,500 shares of Common Stock equivalent to 2.43% of the issued and outstanding Common Stock for a repurchase price of Rp4,264,073 million, including broker and custodian fees. Under our three stock repurchase plans, we repurchased a total of 118,376,500 shares in 2006, 126,364,000 shares in 2007, 245,834,000 shares in 2008. For the period from January 1 to December 31, 2009, we did not repurchase any shares of Common Stock. See note 28 to our consolidated financial statements. We plan to retain, sell or use the treasury stock for other purposes in accordance with BAPEPAM-LK Regulation No. XI.B.2 and under Law No. 40/2007 on Limited Liability Companies.
