Dividen Policy.
The decision the amount of the dividend to be paid to the shareholders is proposed and decided upon in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

In the past three years, namely in the fiscal years of 2004, 2005 and 2006, the amount of the Company's dividend pay out ratio amounted to 50%, 55% and 55% respectively. For the 2007 fiscal year, the amount of the dividend payout ratio will be decided upon in the 2008 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
